There’s a surprisingly large number of food options in St. Davids but we usually end up craving a hearty pub lunch, especially during the winter when Sunday roasts are on the menu!
Located just up the road from St. Davids Cathedral, the Bishops is a traditional pub serving a seasonal menu. The Sunday roasts are great, but if you fancy trying something Welsh, we’d recommend going for the Rarebit with a side of chips. For those who don’t know, rarebit is basically a jazzed up cheese on toast, topped with creamy cheese and wholegrain mustard!
Whilst we’ve listed The Bishops as our go to pub in St. Davids, you’ll find an almost identical menu at The Farmers Arms just down the road. These pubs, along with The Sloop in nearby Porthgain, are run by the same company so are very similar.
