In a nutshell
The ‘Seasons’ concept is very simple. You pay a regular monthly amount to enjoy four weeks use each year in your favourite cottage and by avoiding peak and high season prices you are effectively getting four weeks holiday for the price of three. For families looking to get away more often, to their secret “home from home” it offers the perfect solution and you could even share the use of your cottage with other members of your family. In many ways it’s like having your own holiday cottage but without the capital outlay or the many costs and worries of ownership. When you arrive your cottage is fully serviced and ready for you to enjoy your holiday.

‘Seasons’ is based on a three year initial commitment and your four weeks are structured to allow flexibility. You choose one fixed week from the normal peak holiday periods and this week rotates forward each year to allow fair use. Your other three weeks are flexible and can be chosen annually from available weeks between February and October.
Season A (one week - fixed)
Peak holiday period: including Easter, Whitsun and Summer holiday weeks.
These weeks are allocated in a rotating system. The week chosen in your first year will define your Season ‘A’ weeks for the three year term.
Season B (three weeks - flexible)
Secondary holiday period: from February to October, including half-term weeks.
These weeks are booked annually on a first come basis. Obviously, the sooner you book, the better choice you’ll have.
