Bookings

Provisional bookings will be held for seven days and confirmed when a non- refundable deposit payment of one third of the rental price has been cleared. The remaining balance payment is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.

For bookings made within 6 weeks of the commencement of the holiday, full payment is required.

If you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks of the commencement date, every effort will be made to re-let the property.  If successful, the balance payment will be refunded.  You are advised to seek insurance against this event.

Cottages and property

Cottages are available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on departure day.

Cottages are furnished and let for the capacity number of people specified for each property and this number must not be exceeded.

We operate a no-smoking policy in all of our cottages.

Power, heating fuel (oil, gas), bedlinen and towel hire are included in the rental price.  During winter periods a ‘starter’ basket of logs will be provided with extra available at cost.

All personal belongings are at owners risk.

WIFI internet access is provided but we cannot offer technical support or guarantee a connection or quality of service.

Guests are fully responsible for the cottages during their stay.  We ask that every care is taken with the property.  Please inform the owner of accidental damage or breakages immediately so that repairs and replacement may be carried out.  Guests are liable for any loss or damage to the property or it contents.

The property must be left in the same state of cleanliness and repair in which it is found.

When your holiday deposit has been received you have agreed to accept these terms and conditions.
